Happy Veterans Day

So glad E still had school today because she learned about serving others.

One of the local high school honor guard came and raised the flag.

There was a prayer.

Everyone said the Pledge of Allegiance.

The kids sang God Bless America.

Then the veterans were invited to a breakfast served by the older students 

And the younger students sang songs during the meal - I think only veterans (and their families) were invited.
